EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We offer exchanges for bath products under the following conditions:

    • The product received is defective or damaged.
    • The customer purchased the wrong item.

    Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products must be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be in new condition and include all original packaging and inserts. We cannot accept exchanges on used items unless they are defective.

  • Shipping Costs:
    • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
    • If the customer purchased the wrong item, they are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement product. You will be notified via email once your exchange has been processed.
